Frequently asked questions

Questions families ask

We have collected the questions we hear most often, with honest answers. If yours is not here, write to us directly.

Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes. The first meeting is completely free and carries no obligation. We listen to the student’s goals and share the general framework of options and a realistic budget range. If you decide to proceed, the scope and fee are presented separately in writing.
Do you guarantee admission or a visa?
No — and no consultancy that offers such a guarantee should be trusted. Admission is decided by the school and the visa by the relevant consulate. Our responsibility is to prepare the strongest, most complete application and to explain the risks openly from the start.
How far in advance should we start?
We recommend 4–6 months for summer schools, 2–3 months for language schools, and at least 8–12 months for private high schools abroad. Many boarding schools begin filling places in the autumn, so starting early meaningfully widens your options.
What if the student’s English is weak?
That is not an obstacle — it is part of the planning. For students with lower language levels we design a staged roadmap: an intensive language programme first, then the academic programme. Some schools also offer a preparatory year before full admission.
What does the total cost include?
Tuition, accommodation, meals, insurance, visa fees, flights and pocket money are separate items. Our comparison table shows each of them individually; we never use vague “all-inclusive” language.
Will my child be left alone abroad?
No. Boarding schools provide 24/7 supervision, and summer programmes operate with chaperones and group leaders. Host families are vetted by the school. We discuss the supervision model in detail before any school is chosen.
Which countries do you recommend?
We work with the USA, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark and Ireland. The recommendation follows an assessment of the student’s goals, language level, budget and social maturity. There is no single country that is right for everyone.
Can I work with you from outside İzmir?
Yes. Meetings can be held online and the entire process can be managed remotely. We work with students across Türkiye and abroad.
